Customer: I take medication for Crohn's also arthritis and degenerative disc Disease and angina

It is not uncommon for hernias to recur after a surgery.

About 5 to 10 % of umbilical hernias recur after surgery.

However you need not worry about this immediately, it might not be a recurrence, the swelling may be due to other reasons like fluid collection.

You should consult your doctor, the one who did the surgery, at the earliest for this.
