If you have a skipped period and now have a pregnancy test positive, it means you are pregnant.

The things that you need to do now are:

1. Make an appointment with an Obstetrician or a Mid wife. If you already have one in mind you should contact them for an appointment. If you do not have one in mind, you should contact your health provider /GP office and ask for a recommendation or a referral. You will need an obstetrician or a mid wife to consult during your pregnancy.

2. Completely stop smoking and alcohol, restrict caffeine.

3. Have a healthy balanced diet.

4. Take rest, avoid heavy exercises, but light exercises are allowed

Take care, and have a safe and happy pregnancy.
