My son has an ear infection , he’s 16 and it was confirmed by the pharmacist at Tesco. It’s impossible to get an appointment with my surgery, Wokingham Medical Centre, the pharmacist advised I get in touch with you as you might be able to prescribe antibiotics as unfortunately he couldn’t.
JA: How long has your son been using antibiotics? Has it helped at all?
Customer: He hasn’t used any as I can’t get an appointment with our doctors.
JA: Got it. Has he used anything besides antibiotics for this?
Customer: I had to give him ibuprofen but it’s not really working.
JA: Thank you so much for your time. Finally, is there anything else in his medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: no, he has no allergies and is healthy besides.
