i uploaded it

  1. Since how long have you had this?
  2. Did this start any injury?
  3. Any dental procedure there?
  4. Is this bleeding on touch?
  5. How is this bothering you apart from the appearance?

today afternoon
nothing at all no pain just irritating

Thank you for uploading the image for my better understanding.
From what you say and also correlating the image I feel that this is a simple mucus or sub-mucus cyst of the oral mucosa which is a very common occurrence.
This is a self limiting one - but may take some time as long as 2 - 4 weeks to completely get better.
Usually the natural history is that it will get subdued by itself or inadvertently you may rupture it after it - it will heal.
But if it is increasing in size rapidly or if there is redness or sever pain or heavy feeling of the lip - then you may need medical attention and seek the help of your dental surgeon please.
I sincerely ***** ***** I have helped you today!
Is there anything else where I can be of assistance to you in this regard please. We can continue here until you are satisfied, simply use the reply box and let me know.
