Just paracetamol

Ok. Please start the following

1..Tab cetrizine 10mg once a day

2. Tab Paracetamol thrice a day

3. Cap esomeprazole 40mg once a day.

All are over the counter.  Use for a week. If you dont feel better after 48 hrs of treatment plz let me know.
