36 female
lump for around a month - pain for a couiple of days/week
no tests done and cant get an appointment with doctor

This is quite certain to be a benign lump: you would not expect a malignant lump to have tenderness, this suggests some hormone related lump.s. This definitely goes in favour of a benign lump such as fibroadenosis.

Your age, at 36 is also a positive factor for being a benign lump.

Hence you need not worry much about this. You have to wait for your appointment. Of course you can always request them to prepone it.
