No I haven’t spoken to anybody my girlfriend noticed I was different so I was just curious to see if I could get any answers whether it’s actually something or just me

Ok. Thia sounds like mild depression.  Need to start an antidepressant medication..I would suggest escitalopram 10mg once a day.  will need a GP prescription for this.  Ask the GP to refer you to a mental health practitioner too for a face to face interviews
