I've think I've got a urine infection, has I can't pee properly, I've got babd pain in the bottom of my stomach and it stinging down there

Ok. Please start either Nitrofurantoin or Ciprofloxacin.  You will need a GP prescription for this or can also get this from a walk in center.

Additionally Please use cranberry sachets twice a day for 2 days.

Get a urine culture to identify the bug causing it and to confirm the diagnosis.

You can only use Paracetamol or Brufen ..Rest everything is from the pharmacy and needs a prescription
