Hi I have suffered an allergic reaction and the swelling on my face is jus settling now however I have very dry irritated skin. And my skin is so rough to touch what's best to do please?
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Do you notice any redness or scaling?
Customer: For about 3 days now Yes scaling like bits of skin peeling

ok. Hydrocortisone is perfectly safe to use on your face and I would agree that you should use it followed by a good moisturiser such as Cera Ve or E45 at least twice daily. It will also improve with time and the oral steroids too.
