Thank you for this question and for the opportunity to help.

I'm very sorry about this.

Can I ask your age and if you have any medical issues like dry eyes or allergies?

Or if you take any medicines?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
Hello Dr. Phil. I am 43. I take propranolol, fexofenadine. Only allergy is penicillin
Expert:  the-good-doctor replied 16 days ago.

Do you take fexofenadrine for allergies?

Expert:  the-good-doctor replied 16 days ago.

Fexofenadine is typically for allergies.

Right now, most people's allergies are going crazy.

I wonder if the allergies are contributing to this?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
It’s for hay fever but my eyes aren’t affected really.

Have noticed the same eye seems to look a bit lazy in recent photos

Kind of wandering off to the side

Not all the time but sometimes
Expert:  the-good-doctor replied 16 days ago.

That is interesting.

When was your last eye exam?

Expert:  the-good-doctor replied 16 days ago.

If your eye exam was done while this was going on, I think that is sufficient and okay.

If not, I would start by getting the eyes checked again.

If that is normal then you might consider an MRI.

That would be the next step.

I don't suspect any type of brain issue but it should be ruled out if the eyes are okay.

Last eye exam was last week
Expert:  the-good-doctor replied 16 days ago.

Okay thank you. How is it feeling today?

Expert:  the-good-doctor replied 16 days ago.

I think you should see your GP now and see if there is anything abnormal on the neurological exam and consider an MRI just to be sure.

It’s got a bit worse. Was doing the same closing one eye to watch tv instead of just my phone
Expert:  the-good-doctor replied 15 days ago.

That is very peculiar.  I really think you need an MRI.
