Here is the report

Thanks. Age related changes but nothing of significance or any sinister pathology

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Ok thanks.. Normal for 36 years of age? Symptoms have gotten worse

Yes. If symptoms have worsened then repeat it plz as its been 2 years.

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Ok I will repeat, I have noticed in past year that my groin area has a level of numbness

There must be some nerve compression going on then and might need a facet steroid injection in the back

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Ok and finally doctor, could this cause a decrease in penis sensitivity, weaker erection or would it be more common in a separate issue

Unlikely.  That's controlled by nerve roots S2 to S4 ..

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Ok thank you I’ll speak with my doctor regarding a second MRI. Thank you

Best wishes.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any further queries or need to follow up.  I will be happy to help and guide.  Have a nice day
