Since my husband has been on salbutamol nebuliser for breathing difficulties due to COPD/heart failure he has developed a dreadful cough
JA: How long has your husband had COPD? Has he used any medication for it?
Customer: About 7 yeatrs, he is 79, is on ultibro breezhaler,ventolin,rivaroxoban, bisoprolol, losartan, furosemide, and spiroloctone
JA: Got it. Has he seen a doctor about COPD?
Customer: Yes, but had to call out paramedics earlier in the week for breathing difficulties and was put on salbutamol nebuliser since then the coughing has been really bad

Customer: Yes ankles very swollen, more so than than lately hence doctor added spiroctolone

recently the breathing was bad but appears to be better but the coughing has taken over, COVID test negative. Tried more pillows at night when lying down, this is a rasping cough
