I have been sick. I took Covid test, results were negative.

I have been sick. I took Covid test, results were negative. Friday and Saturday I had a fever, chills, body exhaustion and a headache. Yesterday and today I have headache, cough and sneeze with mucus.
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: 4 day episode. Ibuprofen helps.
Nausea Friday and Saturday. Could not eat
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.

This looks like a bad case of Flu,

COVID is still possible if an RT / PCR test has not been done,

Treatment will involve the following steps

  • Taking plenty of warm fluids
  • Steam inhalation thrice a day for 5 minutes each time
  • Tylenol or Motrin (PCM or Ibuprofen) as needed for headaches and fever

Monitor for breathlessness, increasing fever or falling saturation below 94.

Things should get better in a few days otherwise :)

You can buy a steam machine from online retailers or local pharmacy,  or use the shower in the bathroom to create hot steam, and sit for some time in the bathroom,
