Hello I have I think its hives Its like a rash where I wear underwear and it's under my arm pits
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? In general, how would you describe your health lately?
Customer: I have alot going on and my skin is not that grate when I was a kid I had the same thing under my arms but never where I ware underwear

I think you most likely have folliculitis or ingrown hair

I would recommend topical mupirocin three times daily for five to seven days or topical clindamycin gel, lotion, or solution twice daily for 7 to 10 days.

If they are not effective then you might need oral antibiotics. Options are:
