JA: Hello. How can I help?
Customer: Im visiting my Mum in the UK I have a British passport .
JA: What are all your symptoms? Are you taking any medication?
Customer: So I have suffered from bowel incontinence for years I have been under a specialist in Vienna where i live temporarily live .
JA: Got it. When was your last doctor visit? What did you discuss?
Customer: However I have never had it this bad my bowel has leaked thick sludge bowel motions the last three days with no control i feel nothing .

Customer: I have had various tests but put off another colonoscopy my last visit was March. I have suffered infections in my vagina due to this problem. But im really concerned because i have never suffered like this before
