Hello, I have woken up experiencing a temperature, diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, headache and body ache. What should I do?

No. I’m taking paracetamol for the temperature every 4 hours though.

Please start the following:

1. Tab ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for 3 days. This is an antibiotic and will need a GP prescription one from a walk in center.

2. Tab imodium thrice a day.

3. Tab paracetamol thrice a day.

4. Oral rehydration salt as required

The rest everything is over the counter and doesn't need a prescription.  Let me know the response in 24 hrs plz
