GP has given me some types of creams but they have not given any result

Looks like infantile acne.  Use hydrocortisone ointment at night for 2 weeks and cetaphil lotion during the day. Also loratidine syp once a day, one tea spoon.

where can I get these medicines

Hydrocortisone ointment will need a prescription from the GP Or a walk in center.  Rest are over the counter

Can try a walk in center.  Or if you don't get hydrocortisone then just use the cetaphil lotion and the syrup plz
