It's on both sides

Does the pain occur mostly at the night or it is associated with relief until the legs are not moved?

Among the causes of bilateral leg and foot the important ones are

-Spinal Stenosis

-Restless leg syndrome

-Deficiency of electrolytes and vitamins like Calcium, and Vit-D

-Hypothyroidism

You need to be evaluated clinically with labs and MRI Spine and probably Nerve conduction studies

Once a diagnosis is there appropriate treatment can be started, meanwhile, take naproxen ( Aleve) 220 mg twice a day for 3-4 days.

Drink fresh Juices to replenish water and any deficiency of electrolytes.
