I have a wisdom tooth root awaiting extraction. I was given antibiotics yesterday. It is now so painful ( after ibuprofen and paracetamol) that I do not know what to do with myself.
JA: Do you have any gum pain? Do you any discomfort in your jaw?

Good evening

For pain there is nothing you can do yourself with medicine from over the counter..If its this severe I would suggest going to the A&E before it gets unbearable at night. Might need some intramuscular painkillers and stronger oral pain killers

Oh dear. Went to A&E on Tuesday evening with my husband for a head injury. Waited 5 and half hours only to be told another 8 hr wait to see Doctor.

Got home at 2 am having not seen a Dr

I think I am going to have to wait it out till my dentist opens tomorrow

Or a walk in center...You need better pain killers before the pharmacies close
