My husband have a high fever since yesterday and headache.

JA: Hi. How can I help?
Customer: My husband have a high fever since yesterday and headache. He have allergies from paracetamol, ibuprofen etc. I cannot give him anything like that. But the fever isn’t going down from 38.8. He is in the bed like 12 hours sleeping and drinking water only. Can you help me with advice?
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?

JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: but my son have the same symptoms like him plus nausea. He is not having a problem with pills and I’m giving him ibuprofen
