I have been diagnosed with depression a year ago and was on sertraline. It has recently given me restless leg so had to stop it just under 3 weeks ago. I've had an emotional meltdown today and need an alternative drug

Customer: Tried the doctor today but he was no help, it's so stressful.

I am sorry to hear. It is unusual that after taking it for a year that it is only just causing side effects.

However now you have stopped, I would still suggest an alternative SSRI.

An SSRI can help but almost certainly you should consider counselling for such a problem.
