I started naproxen and amitriptyline on Monday

No other health issues

It's probably bacterial vaginitis.

Need to start metronidazole thrice a day for 5 to 7 days and metronidazole vaginal cream.

Will need a prescription for both. Can get it from the GP or a walk in center or occasionally the pharmacist at the pharmacy also prescribes that.

Let me know the response in 3 days plz.

No. This is clearly an infection

It doesn't look fungal. But you can try it for 48 hrs. If no response then switch to what I prescribed
