How do I cope with a chronic illness? I've not been

Customer Question

How do I cope with a chronic illness? I've not been diagnosed but have had a change in chracter and capacity to work, think and interact with people.I don't recognise my own chracter, personality or body at all from 2 years ago and don't know how to cope with these changes. I feel tired, fatigued and scared most days as my mind isn't normal. the main issues are emotional control, sleeping properly and pushing past a chronic headache which never clears. I'm scared and feel like a child again which isn't right. What can I do?
