Hi,

It is likely that there is simply an undervoltage fault code stored which will need clearing with a diagnostic tool - this can quite often occur when the battery is low & will stop the roof from working until cleared.

The other possibility is the windows may need resyncronising - to do this carry out the following:

The window switches are a 2 position switch, pressing gently operates the window until you release the switch, pressing firmly operates the one touch feature - to resyncronise press the switch gently until the window is at the top position & keep pressed for 3 seconds - do this to each window in turn to resyncronise the top position.

Then try the roof again.

If this does not work then you will need access to a diagnostic tool such as Mercedes STAR to check and erase any fault codes.
