merc clk rear fuse no8 keeps blowing so door boot lock unlock does not work with key. week radio signal. interior door lock buttons work

This is almost certainly an internal fault in the alarm siren - this is a common problem & the siren shorts out & blows the fuse.
As you have obviously found out the fuse feeds other components so it is possible the fault lays somewhere else but I would say in 90% of cases of this fault it is the siren at fault.

The siren is located at the underside of the left front wheel arch liner - disconnect the connector to the siren & replace the fuse - if the fuse stays intact then connect the siren back up - if it blows then you know the siren is at fault & will need to be replaced.
