Hello dear customer, you can try a reset of the radio to see if it start to work again. In anyway i will sahre the instructions on how to pair it.
Locate the fuse box on the side of the dash on driver's side.
Remove the fuse box cover.
Locate fuse 26 and 28. Remove both fuses.
Locate the fuse box on the rear. ...
Remove the key from the ignition and let the car stay off for at least 15 min.

In case it won't work, it may mean that your iphone version is to new compare with your audio unit software version and it needs a software upgrade.
