Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for using just answer. I suggest having the 16 pin OBD codes read with a suitable scanner, the code will point us in the right direction saving time , money and guessing..

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
I don’t have a scanner is there anything I can try before taking it to a dealership?
Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Why have I been charged an extra £28?
Expert:  Malcolm Gillespie replied 20 days ago.

You dont have to go to the dealer , most small garages have a scanner these days as codes are king on new vehicles..
