I have recently started getting an error message advising me the MRAPP.UI has stopped working. Subsequently the system closes this programme and I lose online connection on any open page. It is then difficult to reconnect to the internet for a while. When reconnected it is not long before the same message re appears and the cycle starts again.
What is MRAPP.UI and how can I stop this error occurring?

The problem is related to a piece of software that you installed, which is called E-Rewards Notify. Please, follow the instructions below to uninstall that problem and be good to go.

Please, follow the instructions below:
- Click the Start button
- Type appwiz.cpL
- Hit Enter
- Locate the E-Rewards Notify listing and click to select it
- Click the Uninstall/Change button
- Uninstall the program

Now that program will be erased.
