the information in onedrive is not updating

Can you give a little more detail please Barry?

Start with how your trying to put data on onedrive please.

Is it via your web browser, windows explorer?

What is the error you are getting?

i use a desktop at home and save the files word/exel to one drive

and then access them on my laptop.


when i access them they are not up to date it seems like they


a not uploading



b not down loading

I don't know what's happened but it's all working now
IT would have been a login issue, and with you logging in on the site, it refreshed the connections which is why it is now synching again.
