Can you tell me please which version of Outlook you are using.

And what error do you get when you try to send and receive?

Thank you
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Im not sure what version of outlook i am using, but i have only had the account 6 months.

I do not get any error codes, the computor simply doesnot connect to reply, or forward.

Nor does it connect to compose, so i am unable to reply to emails.

i can open and read them.

ok, is this the online outlook Karen?

That you access via your internet browser? And if so, which internet browser do you use? eg: Internet Explorer?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I use outlook for my e-mail account.

I use firefox as my browser.

I understand Karen, but there are two outlooks.

A program that you install.

Or the Microsoft service which you access via Firefox.

Can you tell me please which it is?

Basically, you use Outlook via firefox?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I use outlook via firefox.

The issue is firefox, and you need to do this to resolve it.

In Firefox,

At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, go over to the Help sub-menu and select Troubleshooting Information.

If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting information page.

Click the Reset Firefox… button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.

To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
Firefox will close and be reset. When it's done, a window will list the information that was imported.

Click Finish and Firefox will open.

You should then be able to forward and reply.

If you have continued problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
