having loaded the free trial for Microsoft 365 on 2nd May,

having loaded the free trial for Microsoft 365 on 2nd May, on the 3rd May I accidently removed the programme completely, on the 4th May I took out a subscription for 365 only to find that I cannot download again, what can I do please, as I was looking forward to using the programme.

when I go to reload the programme I get a message that there was a problem and not able to down load

This will make sure all components of Office are removed.

Then restart the computer and try to download and install Office.

When I run download is says download ok, but when I go to use the programme it says something went wrong and I can not get any further, Macaffee is my anti virus
