This looks like it has lots of issues. When did this issue first occur? Have you tried to do a system restore?

What's the model of your windows 7 computer? Is it a laptop or desktop?

Thank you

Can you back up your files, then turn off, then turn on, then right away, keep pressing & releasing the key F10 quickly and repatedly and see if there is a recovery menu? Thank you
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

That will take me a bit of time, but will try

Expert:  Viet -MS Office Tech replied 3 years ago.

No problem; please take your time. Make sure to back up your important files first, such as photos, documents, etc. to a USB drive first.

If key F10 does not work, then try key F11

, and/or Ctrl and F10

, and/or Ctrl and F11

If that does not work, please try this: turn off your computer. Then turn it on, and right after the black screen with white text or the computer company logo disappears, press & release key F8 repeatedly until a menu appears (note: if there is no menu, then try the same steps again, but this time, press key F8 a bit earlier), then select the Repair your computer option, or something similar if available, then reinstall/restore windows.

If needed, try this: click on Start -> All programs -> Advent -> Recovery backup wizard..., then create the recovery dvd disks, then use it to reinstall windows. Please see full video instructions at the website below:
