Customer Question

I bought Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 in 2010 with an option to upgrade to the 2010 when it was launched in October that year. I acquired the update and paid an extra fee for an installation disc. The 2010 version was removed from my computer by a third party system "clean-up". I tried the installation disc but a product key is required which I never had. I contacted Microsoft by e-mail and they replied that as I had bought an Office Home and Student 2010 installation disc I should be able to get a product key via a link to you which they provided. I would be grateful if you will advise me. Kindest regards, ***** ***** Birmingham England

As the cost of fixing the problem may be greater than just buying new software I want to cancel the query.
