I bought a new computer in January 2014. I bought Office 2013

I bought a new computer in January 2014. I bought Office 2013 in June after my 3 month trial expired. Now, NOTHING in Office will work. I am not a techie and don't know how to correct this. In the process of all this, I moved abroad and now do not have access to the place I bought them from. Please, PLEASE help.
