I use Windows Live Mail 2012 emails and seem to be having a problem sending emails to one of my contacts. I receive emails from this contact with no problem but when I try to send an email to her although it shows as sent in the Sent Folder she does not receive it. I have even tried sending an email to her husband but with the same result. Their email address has a suffix of '.net'. This problem has occurred only over the last two weeks, prior to this there were no problems at all. I'm not sure whether the problem is with me or with them. Hope you can help

One thing that can be the issue is the email is being caught by her spam collector.
Have you had her check her Spam folder to ensure that it is not going here?
Can you have her check this please.
Let me know please.

Yes I had her check her spam/junk file and she said on her system it was called 'Trash File' and that she had checked it but my emails were not in it

If you email her from this webpage
Tell me if she receives this please

The problem William is you are blacklisted.

You likely have a virus on your computer.
You will need to first remove yourself here
But, you also need to make sure the virus has been removed.
Then she (and others) can recieve emails from you.
Are you able to do this?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and fix the issue if possible.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself.
I will send an offer through support and should you accept I will connect and see what is going on and fix the issue. Otherwise we can continue to talk like this but I will need to ask a number of other questions and try and walk you through some steps .
Both options are 100% guaranteed by the way. Remote is just quicker and avoids the risk of you making a mistake and doing something wrong.
If you want remote click get extra help. If not simply reply to me.
