An automatic box comes up asking me to archive and when I say yes I can never find my emails. The do not show up in the archive folders. I have asked several experienced people to help me.
Can you very simply tell me how to archive emails so that I can access them if needed.
No ProblemIf you look for the email using the search function dose it find it?
We've tried that.
I have already paid €32 and you have written a few short responses. Very unhappy with this service.
