windows xp

Thanks Iain,
It is not a virus but a program you have installed doing this.
Do the following please
Click Start, Run, type in MSCONFIG and press enter.
Click on the Startup Tab and click Disable All.
Click on the Services Tab and click "Hide All Microsoft Services"
Then click Disable All
Click ok, restart and let me know if you still get the error
I can also do these steps , and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) . Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
Let me know the results please

dont mind paying 28.00 off help hope i am not going to be charged on a monthly basis as this is the first time ever i have needed assistance

so can you confirm this is a one of payment and no more money will be charged to my account

As long as you did not sign up monthly subscription, then yes, it is only a one of payment.
Feel free to ask if you would like more information please.
Thank you

not sure just in case how do i cancel

ok, send an email to***@******.*** which is customer service.
Tell them that you may have signed up subscription by mistake and to cancel the subscription (let them know you only wanted to pay the one off charge ). They will then sort it out .
Any problems at all, let me know here please
thank you
