I have numerous programs open at start. how do I remove the excess.
Also, there is a certificate problem - I think it is error no 400 or 404.

windows 7.


To disable programs at start up with use the
Startup tab in the msconfig menu

click the round windows button bottom left

In the serach box type

msconfig > press Enter

a box will appear

Click the start up tab

then click start up

click disbale all of choose What you wish to disable and click ok /Apply and restart

404 means page not found and a problem with the website there is nothing really you can do about that
