Yes, I have. It doesn't do anything.

Ok is this the only program you have an Issue installing

All my other software works fine except my Epson Printer software. Epson says the issue is that 8.1 won't work with my printer but they have solved that problem by using a driver embedded in Windows.

Have you tried copying the contents of the disk to the C:/ drive and installing from there :?

No. How would I do that? Never occurred to me.

Insert the Disk
Make a folder on your C :/
go to COmputer > Right click the Disk Open /Explorer
Select all the Files and folders CTRL +A
then right Copy and Paste into the Folder on the C:/ Drive will take a while to copy

No good. I did exactly (I hope) what you said and got the 1607 error message saying Install Shield Scripting Runtime failed. It HAD begun installing with all the color display pages that I'm supposed to see during installation before the error message came up.
