My original m/soft OFFICE Home/student expired I then PURCHASED

My original m/soft OFFICE Home/student expired
I then PURCHASED IN FULL a new package
now EVERY TIME I try to use a component it tells me subscription expired
I re-enter the card number tat came with the new package and it still will not let me used all the programs - it asks for a m/soft account - don't have one it asks me to set one up and the will not action it saya its sent me a e-mail with a code number (twice) non received
