the installed product does not match the installed source, until a matching source is provided or the installed product & source are synchronized this action can not be preformed

The installation has become corrupted so what we need to do is a reinstall.
Close all programs.
Then press the windows key + X and click on control panel.
Click on Programs, Uninstall a Program
Then click on Skype and click on uninstall.
Once done, restart the computer
Then click on my link below and download and install Skype
this will install the latest versions with all updates.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Richard i have looked to uninstall Skype but it is not in control panel to do it, & already paid £26 to talk to you i can`t afford another £27 to do remotely wich i would prefer

ok, download this uninstall Fix it Sylvia
And within this choose Skype and choose to uninstall.
Then perform a reinstallation.
