Hi Richard- My visual display has turned on its side, and I don't know what to do. Help me as I am getting a very stiff neck.

This is a built in function on some computers that cause a lot of problems.
The way to fix it is to press the three following keys at the same time: ALT, CTRL, & the UP Arrow Key
After you do that, your screens will be displayed correctly.
