Thank you for the update.How about this; can you plug the problem wireless computer into the router or modem with a cable and allow me to remote into it so I can setup the wireless connection?

BT Home Hub 4

When you attempted to setup the wireless connection between the router and the computer, did you use the information that was found on the BT Home Hub label? The label is located on the back of the router. Essentially, all you have to do is connect to the network name/ssid that is listed on the BT Home Hub and enter the password ***** is listed there. Is that what you did?

In that case, there is a problem with your computer's wireless card and/or a problem with the wireless information. Do you have any computers connected to the wireless signal?

Very good. Let's find out what the network name and password ***** changed to. On the Windows 7 computer, click the wireless icon that is located near the clock (bottom right of the screen). Right click the network name that you are connected to, click Properties, click the tab on top for Encryption/security, put a check next to "Show Password". Now connect the other pc to the network name and password ***** you located using the instructions above. Are you able to sign in that way?

Oh. You don't have any cables in the house at all? For now, you can just use one from another computer, temporarily. If not, I can remote into your current computer and fix the issue that way.
