I am unable to open my Microsoft account. Microsoft have indicated

i am unable to open my Microsoft account. Microsoft have indicated that my Outlook account details are out of date and have suspended service. I have gone through the procedure for changing my password ***** no joy. I have tried to open a new Microsoft account, as they suggest, but am told that one already exists with my email address (what a surprise!!)

You wont be able to open a new account unless you use different details but then you lose all your emails.
What though exactly happens now when you try to sign in?

There is no proposed price of £60 Wesley, its the deposit you made (£28) and nothing further.
I believe your referring to the subscription prices which are optional monthly subscriptions for unlimited (like all you can eat) questions.
That's just optional packages.
Anyway, of course a refund for any reason can be arranged, if, having this clarified for you, you still wish for a refund, let me know and I will be happy to process one for you.
