You did this within windows? Which version? How did you delete it?

hi, i deleted the dynamic drive from windows 7

which steps did you take to delete it Alan as I need to know this please.

From start menu, computer, right click, manage two partitions on one dynamic drive. one for recovery the other was my primary dive untill i installed a new ssd. Deleted the data on the recovery (E: drive) and was left with two partitions called F: deleted the drive volume that was the recovery partition and both F: partitions disappeared.

software says dynamic disc not supported

the program encountered a problem and stopped working

ok, restart the computer and run the recovery again on Drive F

Ran the recovery softeware which found all the files, it then tried forming the directories and hung untill windows closed the program.

information window stared 'there was a problem and windows now needs to close this program'

Ok, its not the software but the computer
can you power off the computer
Then power it on and keep tapping F8 until you see a menu and choose safe mode
Then within this mode, run the program again
does it still crash?

tried this but EaseUS will not run under safe mode

Ok, normally it will but your missing a a service.
I know it takes a long time to run but all recovery programs do sorry.
Do this
Click Start, type in MSCONFIG and press enter.
Click on the Startup Tab and click Disable All.
Click on the Services Tab and click "Hide All Microsoft Services"
Then click Disable All
Click ok, restart and then run it
