I have installed Windows 10 but I hate it. How do I go back

I have installed Windows 10 but I hate it. How do I go back to Windows 7?
Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
Please note, click on Reply to Expert to reply to me, a rating is only needed when we are finished.
To do this, please open the Start menu and select Settings. Click the “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.”
You should see a “Go back to Windows 7″ option. Click the Get started button to get rid of your Windows 10 install and restore your previous Windows install.
The computer will then be returned to how it was before the upgrade.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Sorry but I can't seem to get that done on windows 10.

On which step do you get stuck Myra?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I get as far as "save" but not "run".

ok, once you have saved it then double click the file to run it
If you cannot see how to do this, press the Windows Key (to the left of the ALT key) and E and this opens the file explorer
Click on the downloads folder and you see the Teamviewer file to double click there.

Now I'm totally confused. Windows 10 is a nightmare to me.Can you not get in to my computer any other way ie where I don't have to do anything??

No, else anyone could just take over your computer and that would not be good.
On which step are you getting stuck?
