I have upgraded to Micro soft 10. I receive email in outlook

I have upgraded to Micro soft 10. I receive email in outlook and mail. I can send emails in mail but not outlook - the email remains in the out box. When I test the email accouts they say that they are all working - both receiving (which is true) and sending which is not true. I have 3 email accounts 2 IMAP and 1 POP. The same problem with them all.
