Hi there. I installed Windows 10 on the weekend. Since then Outlook (mostly) won't send emails. From time to time it does. But mostly it won't. I can receive fine. And when I run the tests it says that it receives fine - which it does - and that it sends fine - which it doesn't (though the test email comes through). Can you help? It's very frustrating

Hi there. It says 'Sending' report error 0x800CCC13. Cannot connect to the network. Verify you network connection or modem.

This is clearly not correct as I am connected and receiving emails. And sometimes even able to send them
