I'm sorry about the issue. What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you

Thank you for replying back. Can you please go to Control Panel, (then open System and Security if available), then open System, then let me know your Windows version there, such as Windows XP, Vista, or 7 or 8 or 10, etc.?I'm sorry. With remote support, you can see everything I do on the on screen, and we have an A+ service rating at the Better Business Bureau website: support is quicker and easier for you as I will do all the troubleshooting steps for you, and this issue may involve a lot of steps. But per your request, I am providing written instructions you can use for fix this issue. Please try the first possible fix below:- Click on Start, then click on All programs, then click on Accessories, then click on Run if available (or click on Start, then click on Run... if available), (or press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard), then the Run box will appear, then type (or copy and paste) exactly the following in the Run box:outlook /resetnavpane, then click OK, and see if Microsoft Outlook works now or not.- If that does not work, please see more solutions at the website below: let me know if you are stuck at any step. Please reply back to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
