Seems to be a problem History hard drive if successful. do you want to resume?
I do not understand your last statement. What is the problem with the 'history' drive?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Sorry don't know what happened there. Trying to say that I can't tell if it has backed up or not?
Thank you. I will remote back in now.

Hi Jason. Back up stopped at 89% it also would not back up the two Outlook data files. Thoughts?
I will remote back in.

Hi Jason - no success today I'm afraid. Tried to download Windows 10 but failed four times! It seems to fail at the point the PC goes to sleep. The last time eventually completed the download but PC froze on installation. Not sure what to do next? Philip

Jason are you on line? I hope so. You've not shown up since Monday evening which hasn't done much for my stress levels. Please respond. Philip

OK Jason I'm ready. To re cap Windows 10 not installing. Also have lost Office 365 seems to have uninstalled. I wonder if both are caused by that corrupted pst. file which we failed to back up. I think this should be removed but didn't want to do anything without consulting you first. Philip
